After a long winter, on top of recent recovery from a knee surgery, I was ready to get moving this spring! I have been extra dedicated to my morning workout.
My key to success? I put on my workout clothes first thing in the morning. That way there is no excuse when it’s time to workout, I am already dressed and ready to go! It was a simple habit change that has made exercising just a little bit easier to make happen everyday.
